The Castelo de Bode reservoir is a destination of excellence for wakeboarders. Along a 30 kilometre water mirror, there are five cable parks, four of which are crossed by the Great Route of Zêzere: Aldeia do Mato, Trízio, Fernandaires and Lago Azul. The cable park Lago Azul (Blue Lake) is located near the Clube Náutico do Lago Azul (Blue Lake Water Club), a few kilometres from Ferreira do Zêzere, a quiet village, with many attractions, restaurants, excellent cuisine, a short distance from Dornes, a medieval village on the banks of Zêzere.
