Launched by José Machado in 2004, the Machado Handmade brand is inspired by the deep roots of the art of shoemaking and combines comfort, durability and design, making each pair of shoes a unique piece. José Machado collaborated with Aldeias do Xisto in the Agricultura Lusitana project, for which he created "Botas Enxertia", from natural calf leather, with vegetable tanning.
