Founded on the 14th of December 1995, the ACCRBB - Association of Canoeing Clubs of the Beira Baixa Region is dedicated to canoeing in all its forms. Based in Castelo Branco, its partners are Clube Náutico de Castelo Branco and Clube Náutico de Vila Velha de Ródão boating clubs.

With ADXTUR – Schist Villages Tourism Development Agency, ACCRBB organises river descents or canoeing workshops, showcasing one of the richest and unspoilt natural elements of this territory: the Zêzere.
