During the weekend of 19 to 21 July, the Aldeia do Xisto of Sobral de São Miguel is celebrating another edition of Xistrilhos.
This event focuses on reviving traditions and encouraging everyone involved to come together, as well as offering gastronomic and ethnographic experiences.
Besides the theatrical and musical entertainment, the event also offers a walk, thematic workshops and the display and sale of traditional products. Local and regional gastronomy will also be highlighted.
As in previous editions, the cultural and professional activities linked to the history of the village will merit special attention, with workshops related to the making of bread and cheese and cultural exhibitions, associated with the Sobral Village Museum.
