As part of the Lousã Autumn Flavours Gastronomic Festival, ACTIVAR is promoting a pumpkin jam workshop accompanied by a walk on 18 and 25 October.
The festival, which marks 20 years of Lousã Gastronomic Festivals, celebrates local products, traditional flavours and the authenticity of Lousã cuisine, strengthening the connection between the community, producers and visitors.
During the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to make traditional pumpkin jam, learning the process step by step and ending the activity with a tasting of the product accompanied by tea. The morning also includes a walk of about 2.5 km in a peaceful environment in direct contact with nature.
The initiative starts at 9 a.m. and lasts approximately four hours in the area surrounding Lagar Mirita Sales.
