ALINE FRAZÃO
Aline Frazão was born and raised in Luanda, Angola. The young Angolan singer and songwriter released her debut "Clave Bantu" in December 2011, an independent edition of 11 original songs, including two collaborations with Angolan writers José Eduardo Agualusa and Ondjaki.
"Movimento" is Aline Frazão's second album, released in May 2013 (Ponto Zurca/Coast to Coast).
Besides her own compositions, there is a new partnership with Angolan poet and lyricist Carlos Ferreira "Cassé" and a poem by Alda Lara put to music by Aline, who also produced the album.
Musicians: Aline Frazão (guitar and voice), Marco Pombinho (keyboards and rhodes), Francesco Valente (bass and double bass) and Marcos Alves (drums and percussion).
