Rice pudding, tigelada, sweet puff pastry, olive and yellow wheat bread and filhós are some of the specialities on the menu of another edition of our Gastronomic Easter, which will take place in the Aldeia do Xisto of Sobral de S. Miguel, on 20 April.

Special features of the event include a performance by the fado singer Sónia Lisboa and the organisation of a  Soup Competition by the organisers. As in previous years, there is also a sueca card game tournament. 
 

PROGRAMME

• 3pm:  Sueca card game tournament
• 6pm:  1st Soup Competition
• 7.30pm:  Performance by the fado singer Sónia Lisboa
• 8.30pm:  Award Ceremony

Entries for the Soup Competition are open until 17 April. The kit for the soup tasting costs €5 for members and €7.50 for non-members. The registration fee for the Sueca card game tournament is €0.50 for members and €1 for non-members. 

This event is organised by the Sobralense Sports and Cultural Group “Os Galitos da Serra” and the Parish Council of Sobral de São Miguel.
